Is it bad to have a straight spine?
It’s easy to grow up thinking a straight spine is a good thing. The reality, however, is that the back has natural curves to it and a lack of these curves can lead to pain. One of the most common issues to arise from a spine lacking natural curvature is abnormal kyphosis.
